TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We will accept a provisional booking by e mail (held for one week). A deposit of £100 per week, which is non-refundable, must be received within this time. The full payment to be made 8 weeks before departure. It is your responsibility to make this payment as a reminder may not be sent. Failure to make this payment will result in the booking being canceled and the loss of your deposit.
2. Cancellations should be made in writing and the postmark date will be the cancellation date. Cancellations made before 8 weeks will result in loss of deposit, if made after this deadline the total cost is to be charged.
3. Every effort is made to describe the property correctly, but minor changes may occur.
4. The property is non-smoking, please restrict smoking to outside. Let the House Manger know of any damage or breakdowns that occur, so they can be rectified.
5. It is advisable to takeout adequate holiday insurance. Claims to our property insurance cannot be made for personal loss. The property has public liability insurance only.
6. Only persons named on booking form will be allowed use of the property. Strictly no pets and please do not feed the wild cats.
We only accept bookings from families or couples.
7. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at anytime if by reason of war, political unrest, strikes etc. if we regard it essential to do so.
8. We shall not be under any liability for injury, death, personal damage, inconvenience, loss, accident, delay or additional expense however so caused.
9. Please leave the property clean & tidy and remove all rubbish. Do not leave any personal items, as they cannot be forwarded.
10. Our cleaning staff will do their best to have the villa ready for your arrival.
